Agile Innovation Design is an intentional way of structuring and operating a social impact organization so that it can sustain innovation over time. It creates the context for innovation and generates funding that leverages a dynamic and rapidly changing landscape of opportunities. 

Agile brings funders, partners, and program directors together to design larger platforms for mission impact and funding.

It is collaborative, problem-centered, and design-oriented.  Focused on rapid, iterative, and collaborative cycles of effort, this process simultaneously cultivates funder relationships while creating innovative programs that align collective impact goals.
